What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Senior Apprentice Electrician, you will work closely with journeymen and leadership to complete residential service and installation projects with increasing independence.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting and leading portions of residential service calls
• Supporting panel upgrades, lighting installs, and device replacements
• Troubleshooting basic electrical issues
• Ensuring job sites remain clean, safe, and organized
• Managing tools, materials, and truck stock
• Interacting professionally with homeowners
• Mentoring Entry-Level Apprentices when assigned
• Maintaining strong safety and code compliance standards

You will be expected to take initiative, communicate clearly, and continue improving your technical skillset.

• Has 2+ years of electrical experience (preferred)
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Maintains a professional appearance and attitude
• Communicates clearly with customers and teammates
• Takes ownership of their work

• Shows leadership potential

This is not a passive role.


This is a stepping stone toward Journeyman.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

Starting Pay: $20 – $25 per hour
Based on experience, skill level, and performance.

Full-Time
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Overtime opportunities available based on workload.
