What You’ll Be Responsible For

This is a primarily residential position (98% residential service and upgrades). Light commercial work may include small office environments.

As an Estimate Specialist, you will:

• Meet with homeowners to assess electrical needs
• Diagnose scope of work
• Build accurate material and labor estimates
• Price projects appropriately to protect margin
• Present solutions clearly and professionally
• Close jobs with confidence
• Upsell Power Plus Club memberships
• Recommend panel upgrades, safety upgrades, and service improvements
• Follow up on open estimates

You are not just writing numbers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong residential electrical experience
• Understands materials, code, and realistic labor timelines
• Can price jobs accurately and protect margin
• Communicates clearly with homeowners

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 annually
Based on experience and performance history.

Commission:

• Commission paid on closed revenue
• Bonus incentives for Power Plus memberships sold
• Performance bonuses for hitting revenue targets
